As someone with sensitive skin, using niacinamide twice a day seems to make my skin appear red and irritated.

This product is really good, but it's a shame there are no reviews...! I've tried a lot of whitening ampoules, and this is the most moisturizing and effective one I've used. It's perfect for using in the fall and winter, with its great texture and finish. It obviously contains the highest concentration of niacinamide, and the combination of ingredients like arbutin and panthenol seems very good. That's probably why the whitening effect appears quickly, and your skin has a beautiful glow after applying it. The watery, semi-transparent formula is not too thin, so it doesn't drip when you apply it to your face. It has a thick enough consistency, but it doesn't feel heavy or dry, just nicely moisturizing. I didn't notice any fragrance! The matte, clean packaging is also very nice.

The price is a bit high, so the accessibility is low... I was also lucky enough to use this product as a first-come, first-served buyer when purchasing the Kiehl's Pack market, but since there is no discount and the basic price range is high, the price barrier seems high for those who don't know about it. And the dropper is not very good!! Since the formulation is not watery and has a slightly viscous texture, the dropper doesn't seem to draw it up well. I couldn't see it come up in one continuous stream when I took out a new product.
