This is a review of the Perfect Lips Shocking Lip Tint 08 Rose Shocking. When swatched on the wrist, it has a slightly orange-rose color. So it's just perfect and nice for my warm-toned skin. I discovered the Tony Moly Perfect Lips Shocking Lip while searching for a glossy and long-lasting water-tint product in the summer. I tested it at Olive Young and liked it so much that I purchased it, and it's still my go-to product! I recommend it to warm-toned individuals as it's a universally flattering shade. The formula is watery and glossy, feeling moisturizing when first applied, then gradually staining the lips while maintaining a sheen. The scent is similar to an artificial fruit like grapes or strawberries. This is the only exception to the belief that matte tints are the only long-lasting ones. It stays on even after meals, barely fading.
Cons
Due to the glossy finish, there may be a slight 'yogurt' effect when first applied. Therefore, I recommend applying it with your fingers rather than blotting.
Tip
The key to achieving long-lasting application is to let the color set for a moment before blotting. Initially, apply it evenly, then wait a bit for it to adhere to the lips. After that, gently blot with a tissue, and the color will last remarkably well.
