Then I found this product, and even though I have sensitive lips, its natural ingredients and high hydration allowed me to use it with peace of mind. My lips had lost a lot of color from overusing tints, which was another concern. But when I apply this product first and then the tint, it creates a natural stain. When I use it alone with a bare face, it's great! It subtly brightens my complexion. It's also great for nighttime use due to its excellent moisturizing properties. The packaging looks luxurious too!

If you're looking for intense hydration rather than a lightweight feel, this might not be the right choice for you. However, it's great for carrying around for quick touch-ups when you're out and about.

On my cheeks, which tend to flush easily, it creates a rosy pink hue. I applied it directly over a dewy cushion foundation without any base smearing, and it blended beautifully with just my fingers. The moisturizing finish keeps lips comfortable, and it pairs well with a red lip gloss on top. While the staying power is surprisingly good, it doesn't leave much of a stain, making it ideal for light makeup days. I've applied it several times without experiencing any blemishes.

You can build up the color with each application, allowing for a subtle look with one or two swipes for a bare-faced day, or layer it on for a more intense hue. If you blot it once with a tissue, you're left with a glow that even matte lipstick enthusiasts would find wearable.

While it's a bit disappointing that it doesn't provide intense lip care like a true balm, I suppose that's asking too much from a tinted lip product. Due to its sheerness, it won't cover darker areas around the edges of your lips. The scent, though it fades quickly, is quite strong at first, which I found a bit overwhelming. Also, I accidentally tasted it while eating, and the flavor was less than pleasant.

I didn't really find any major downsides! The only thing worth mentioning is that it feels slightly matte, if that counts as a special feature.

To be frank, if you're looking for just a lip balm, you might not reach for this often. They call it a lip balm, but I'm not sure how good the hydration is. It feels like they focused more on the color than moisturizing properties. The texture is a bit on the firm side, beyond just being solid... It's actually quite hard. Also, the flat shape makes it slightly inconvenient to use!

First off, the case is prettier than I expected. On the official website, it looked plain black, so I thought 'As long as my brother likes it, that's fine' and moved on. But in person, it's metallic black! The color is absolutely gorgeous... It's a shade that instantly gives you that delicate, pure look. Since it's a light color, applying multiple layers makes it look even prettier while keeping your lips moisturized! Personally, I was really satisfied when I used it as a blush. When you dab it on with your fingers after warming up the lip balm, it creates this beautiful Inner Glow... To be honest, I think I used it more as a blush than a lip product!

It's a bit difficult to use in combination with other lip products. I found it works fine on its own if you buy a shade that matches your skin tone! For summer cool light skin tones, the harmony is good.

The texture is closer to a lipstick than a typical lip balm. It melts easily, which can make the opening of the tube messy. It might be difficult to use in summer due to storage issues... Usually, you'd keep lip balms in your pocket to apply frequently, but this one melts easily so it's not pocket-friendly. Keep this in mind when using it.

2. Scent (Lingering)
The initial scent is fine - slightly fragrant, floral maybe? But the lingering scent and taste when drinking something after application isn't great. So I wipe it off before eating... You'll either have to get used to the taste if you're constantly sipping on something, or remember to wipe it off before eating or drinking.

3. Post-use Review
After about a week of use, the twisting mechanism to raise and lower the lip balm seems to have broken. When I try to lower it, it doesn't go down, so I have to push it down with my lips! It needs to be made more durable... And I haven't even dropped it!

1. Performance (Functionality)
It's more hydrating than I expected. I used to have a color lip balm (M*C) that only added color but lacked moisturizing effects. So I had low expectations for color lip balms in terms of hydration, but this one is moisturizing and highly effective! I have a habit of picking at my lips, causing them to crack often, but when I apply this frequently throughout the day, by the time I get home and wash my face at night, my lips are quite hydrated. I'm satisfied with its functionality!

2. Design
As you can see in the photo, it's incredibly pretty and sophisticated! The glossy black finish gives it a luxurious, high-end brand feel. It's also a compact size, perfect for carrying around.

I highly recommend this product for layering colors! It pairs beautifully with a more transparent, high-saturation brick lip color. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable lip balm with decent color payoff. It's also great as a base lip product. If you apply this as a base and top it with a matte product, you'll get a long-lasting, plump finish.

The description for the Harmony Lake shade says it's suitable for all skin types, but in reality, it seems closer to a cool mauve pink. It has quite a bit of white undertone. I have a neutral skin tone, and while it didn't look out of place on my bare face, it wasn't a perfect match either. I think shade 3 might be better for warm-toned individuals. Compared to typical color lip balms that usually give a sheer tint, this one seems a bit more opaque, which might make it worth keeping. However, I found the product description a bit disappointing.

The texture is like a lip balm, but the color payoff is on par with a tinted balm. I used to buy tinted balms, but they were too oily and would smear everywhere. Color lip balms didn't show up well, so I ended up using regular lip balm and lip products separately. This product feels like it combines the best of both lip balm and tinted balm, so if you like the color, you'll probably enjoy using it. It feels like you've just applied a lip balm, but when you look in the mirror, the color payoff is similar to a Yves Saint Laurent lipstick (the moisturizing line) - especially if you apply it two or three times.
