It's exactly like misugaru (traditional Korean grain powder drink). The best part is that it doesn't have that chalky aftertaste typical of shakes. Even my mother, who's quite particular about flavors and scents, enjoyed it. I've tried it with oat milk, almond milk, and water. Even with water, it's not overpowering. If you want a light drink, go for water. For a more indulgent taste, I recommend oat milk (it adds a touch of sweetness). The crunchy bits inside are just right - not too much, not too little. For those tracking their diet with apps, this is perfect for boosting your protein intake when you're running low. The low sugar content of 2% is a big plus. It's ideal as a meal replacement on days when you've had a heavy lunch or when you need a filling breakfast. The grain flavor makes it extra satisfying and keeps you feeling full.
ConsThe only downsides? Limited flavor options and no mixed flavor packs available yet. Also, you need to shake it well before drinking - occasionally you might get some unpleasant lumps if not mixed properly. But in terms of taste and ingredients, I have no complaints.
TipPro tip: Try it with oat milk! While it slightly increases the calorie count, the satiety is incredible (helps balance your carbs and protein too). There's a fill line on the back, but I recommend using a whole carton (190ml) of almond or oat milk - it's not too watery and tastes great!
