Innisfree PDRN Retinol Skin Booster This product lovingly introduced me to retinol as an ingredient for the first time. ⭐️ It contains a miracle ingredient that's great for blemishes, dark spots, and pores, so you can address multiple skin concerns at once. ⭐️ It's best to apply retinol products in the evening, and sunscreen is a must the next day. Since your skin may become sensitive, it's advisable to avoid using it together with vitamin C-based cosmetics. ⭐️ Using it daily can cause some skin irritation. So I applied it every other day, alternating with moisturizing or nourishing creams on the off days. ⭐️ I had some very noticeable blemishes on my face, but I think I've seen some improvement - either my pores have tightened or the blemishes have faded. I assume they chose a dark-colored package due to the ingredients, but it's inconvenient not knowing how much product is left inside. It leaves me wondering if I've used it all up or not. Due to retinol's photosensitivity, be extra cautious about sun exposure. Even when you're at home during the day, don't let your guard down - always apply sunscreen. If it's bright inside, it means sunlight is finding its way in somehow! - hy*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinRecommendedJun 24, 2025
I switched from using the original retinol cica to trying the PDRN version. I tend to develop fine lines around my lips, and there's a noticeable difference when I use this product versus when I don't. The retinol effect is definitely there. With high-concentration retinol products, I often experience dead skin cells buildup, but this one doesn't cause that issue, which is great. It's also nicely hydrating. I wouldn't recommend this to those looking for a high-concentration retinol product. There's likely a reason why it works so gently on the skin. - yl********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsRednessJun 20, 2025
This was my first time trying a retinol product, and it was more hydrating than I expected. I have sensitive skin, and after using this product, my skin reacted quite badly... I strongly recommend that those with sensitive skin or a weak skin barrier do a patch test on one side of the face before applying it all over. My skin had a bad reaction once, and now I'm too scared to use it again. - kw********Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJun 15, 2025
I heard PDRN is all the rage these days, so I decided to try this Innisfree product that I use often! It's fragrance-free and absorbs well without any pilling or sticky feeling, which I really like. I wish it came in a slightly larger size... Other than that, I don't have any complaints. - 86********Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 14, 2025
The results are truly impressive! It significantly reduced my pigmentation, and it's really effective. Even though I have sensitive skin, I didn't experience much irritation. Just make sure to follow up with good hydration and apply a moisturizer properly, and you'll be fine! It's a bit thick and has a slightly sticky feel, but honestly, it didn't bother me much. - jj****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJun 14, 2025
This product has a rich feel and great hydration, making it perfect for winter use. It's quite nourishing, so a little goes a long way. Even though the container might seem small, it'll last you quite a while. At first glance, I thought it might be too sticky due to its stretchy texture, but when you actually apply it, it's not overly tacky and absorbs better than expected. The finish leaves your skin with a slight glow and a firm feel, which some people might really enjoy. This product is quite oily. It doesn't feel excessively greasy when you first apply it, but as time passes, you'll notice oil rapidly and excessively emerging from your pores. Even if you use less, the speed and amount of oil production from your pores is unparalleled. As a result, I experienced more blemishes while using this. If you have oily skin, I'd recommend looking for something else. - da*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 11, 2025
My skin feels so smooth and silky! It absorbs well too. It's crucial to apply sunscreen when exposed to sunlight, but I sometimes forget. So I've been only using this in the evening. - db********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 9, 2025
Retinol content: 1000 IU/g This serum has a yellowish tint due to the retinol ingredient It absorbs well and quickly Despite containing retinol, I barely felt any skin irritation It worked great in combination with toner, absorbing rapidly After use, my skin feels smooth and refined The characteristic heavy scent of retinol was quite noticeable The texture didn't feel consistently mixed, varying slightly with each pump The pump is exposed to air... I wish it had a cap for more hygienic storage Even with discounts, it's still on the pricier side This retinol serum offers a potent formula that works hard to improve your complexion. While it delivers on its promises of quick absorption and skin-smoothing effects, some users might find the scent and packaging less than ideal. It's a solid choice for those looking to incorporate retinol into their skincare routine, especially if you have combination dehydrated skin or are aiming for that coveted Inner Glow. However, super sensitive skin types should patch test first to avoid any potential burning sensation or redness. - da******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 9, 2025
The retinol content isn't too high, so it's gentle on my skin without causing any adverse reactions. That's a big plus! I can't really think of any downsides... Perhaps the results aren't as dramatic as I'd hoped? This serum seems to strike a good balance for those new to retinol or with sensitive skin. While it may not deliver overnight miracles, it appears to be a safe and steady option for improving skin texture and tone over time. For those seeking more dramatic results, a higher concentration of retinol might be necessary, but always consult with a dermatologist before increasing strength. - zb***Normal SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedJun 8, 2025
Even with just a small amount, it seems to have an effect on the entire face. It's my first time using a product with panthenol, and it's incredibly gentle while giving my face a beautiful glow. It feels a bit heavy for summer use. I wish they would upgrade the volume a little. In summer, when I apply just this and sunscreen, my skin looks plump and firm.
