I decided to give this a try because of its simple ingredient list with aloe vera leaf water as the first ingredient. It turned out to be incredibly hydrating, gentle on my skin, doesn't sting my eyes, and isn't overly rich. This has become my ride-or-die sunscreen...
ConsThere's nothing I dislike about it.
TipI really hope they keep selling this product for a long time without discontinuing it.

It's quite cost-effective, especially since it's often discounted. I use this sunscreen liberally, and I'm satisfied that the price isn't too burdensome. - The biggest advantage is its thin, lightweight texture that feels like a hydrating moisturizer. It's genuinely light, and unlike many sunscreens with their distinctive scent, this one has the most moisturizer-like formula I've encountered. - Personally, I'm quite sensitive to eye irritation, and while this doesn't completely eliminate it, it's minimal. Occasionally, when my skin isn't in great condition, I might feel a slight sting, but overall, it's been fine. - I used to avoid applying sunscreen at home because it would oddly cause irritation and itching. With this product, while I don't get severe acne, sometimes when my skin is acting up, I do experience slight redness and itching, similar to mosquito bites. However, I've had much worse reactions to other sunscreens, so this is relatively mild.
Cons- The major downside is that it pills terribly under makeup. I bought it knowing there were reviews mentioning pilling, but I've never experienced such severe pilling with any recent product. It's quite frustrating. Since it's sunscreen, I can't just apply a tiny amount. As a result, I never use it before makeup. If I've already applied it and need to put on makeup, I wipe it off with a pad and use a different sunscreen. - The pilling isn't just minor - it's severe to the point where it balls up like lint, making it impossible to salvage. Once, I went out near my house after seeing how badly it pilled, and it bothered me the entire time. - In conclusion, it's a good product for fall and winter when you want sun protection without feeling heavy, especially for combination dehydrated skin. It's ideal for days when you're not wearing makeup but still need sun protection at home. - While the formula absorbs quickly, perhaps because I apply a generous amount, there's a subtle feeling of a thin film on the skin. It's not particularly bothersome, but it's not completely unnoticeable either. - I bought it as a 1+1 deal and I'll probably use it all up since I apply it liberally. I'm not 100% committed to repurchasing, but if they improve the pilling issue in a future version, I'd consider buying it again.

It absorbs well - just a few gentle rubs and it sinks right in. The high-quality ingredients give me peace of mind.
ConsIt's quite pricey when not on sale. I wish the packaging was a pump bottle instead of a tube for easier dispensing.
TipI apply this as a base layer before using my cushion foundation.

ConsBeing so organic, I question if it provides adequate sun protection Not recommended for extended outdoor activities

It's so moisturizing that you could even use it instead of your regular moisturizer before makeup. I love that it didn't cause any blemishes and there was no stinging around the eyes.
ConsI was a bit concerned that it might evaporate quickly because of its thin consistency. But that's just my personal impression.

There's no irritation or stinging around the eyes, making it perfect to apply before makeup!
ConsI don't have any complaints. It's satisfying for my dry skin, but those with oily skin might find it a bit rich.

There's no white cast, and it's so hydrating that it doesn't cause any pilling when applied before makeup, which is fantastic. As someone with super sensitive skin, I often break out when using the wrong sunscreen, but this one causes no eye irritation, has no fragrance, doesn't feel harsh, and doesn't cause any blemishes. It seems to be a very gentle sunscreen!
ConsFor some reason, I can't shake the feeling that it might not provide quite enough UV protection... Though this isn't based on anything concrete and could just be my imagination!
TipIt's great on bare skin, but I think it's especially good when applied before makeup - it creates a nice base and helps the makeup go on smoothly.

Cons- Those with oily skin might experience a slightly slippery feeling! - Although it's a sun serum, you'll need a solid skincare base for makeup to adhere well. - Be careful with the amount you apply - a little goes a long way!

It's fragrance-free, doesn't sting the eyes, and strikes the perfect balance between oil and moisture. There's no white cast, and it's less sticky, making it an excellent choice for daily summer use. (It's the least greasy sunscreen I've tried so far!) Its fluid texture makes it great for reapplication on the face and body. You can even reapply it over makeup, as long as you haven't powdered your face!
ConsThose who prefer richer, more emollient products might find this a bit lacking.

Reviews by The Hwahae Testers undergo the same strict verification process as regular reviews, and if they don't meet our standards, revisions will be requested.ProsFirst off, it seems to work well for sensitive, blemish-prone skin like mine. The scent is almost undetectable, and it absorbs nicely. There's no white cast, and it provides great hydration, making it perfect as a winter sunscreen! I love that it doesn't sting my eyes and doesn't cause any new blemishes - it must be really gentle! The value for money is good too. I'd definitely recommend this as a sunscreen for dry winter skin.
ConsLike with most products, if you apply too much, it can pill a bit. You'll need to be careful with the amount you use!
