If you have irregular eating and sleeping habits, this is just for you 🥲 I've been repeating the daily routine of eating only one meal a day, falling asleep in the early morning, and waking up in the afternoon. The best part is that I can get all the necessary nutrients by taking just one pill a day :D I've been taking supplements regularly since my 30s, but I've found that I need to take too many different supplements.
