While it's not exactly delicious, seeing the effects makes it worth taking.

While we don't take probiotics for their taste... these aren't exactly delicious. There's that characteristic sweetness of probiotics, but it's not particularly enjoyable... it's a bit ambiguous, to be honest.

I often struggle to drink enough water and maintain a regular lifestyle, which sometimes made it hard to remember taking these. But I really tried to be consistent! Due to my irregular habits, I've always had constipation issues, but taking these probiotics on an empty stomach with water has definitely made a difference! While the effects weren't dramatic, I feel like if I keep taking them consistently for over a month, I'll see real changes in my body. Also, this feels like it has the highest probiotic content among all the ones I've tried so far. The serving size seems relatively generous.

It wasn't particularly tasty. It was a bit difficult to consume, and I felt quite full after taking it... It was especially challenging to take after a big meal.

I didn't see immediate effects after taking it for just one day, but after about 3 days, I noticed some improvement in my constipation! There were even days when I went to the bathroom twice.

There wasn't anything particularly disappointing about it! I find myself remembering to take them regularly.

I took this opportunity to try taking probiotics, and I definitely noticed improved bathroom habits! The taste wasn't unpleasant either, which was nice.
