Since I'm currently using this product, I don't have many complaints. However, I found it a bit inconvenient to have to squeeze it onto my hand and work up a lather before use.

When I used this cleansing foam, I could feel my skin becoming more firm and bouncy. My skin tends to be sensitive, but I noticed some improvement in my blemishes and overall skin condition!
