I used it 3 times a week for a week.
The moisturizing effect was definitely noticeable, and it was great for calming my very sensitive skin:) The sheet is thin, but the essence doesn't evaporate quickly and adheres well, not floating or peeling off. It's great even after drying my hair!!!
Even though my skin dries quickly after removing the pack, it didn't dry out quickly, possibly due to the xylitol ingredient, and remained moisturized until morning.

The essence left over from using a face pack should not be discarded, but can be applied to the face after washing, or to the body after showering.
