There are no particular downsides. Even though I have sensitive skin, I did not experience any breakouts.

The Huxley toner is not sticky at all, but it's very hydrating. The application and finish were both great. I could layer it multiple times without feeling weighed down, and it helped address my dehydration well!

The subtle fragrance of mugwort was present, which was a bit disappointing as it was not odorless.

It was absorbed well in a supple manner and there was no stickiness, so it was good to apply before doing makeup.
