  Pros

  At first, I thought using a lip and eye remover would be better for eye makeup, but when I was in a hurry, I tried cleansing various stubborn mascaras with this, and the cleansing effectiveness was surprisingly excellent. I was very satisfied with its performance as it cleanses well without causing any deep dryness. The one-touch design is convenient, and it has Goodal's signature refreshing scent, which I really enjoyed. As you can see in the photo, I'm scraping every last bit out of the container because I'm so pleased with it!

  Cons

  The snap-on cap tends to leak slightly when carried around, which is a bit disappointing!

  I've gone through more than 5 jars of this cleansing balm! Before discovering it, I used another brand's balm, but it didn't quite suit my dry skin. I was wondering what to do when I noticed this Goodal product, as I was already a fan of their blemish serum. I've now emptied over 5 jars! As someone with dry skin, I experienced no deep dryness at all, and its strong cleansing effectiveness even removed mascara effortlessly. It worked perfectly for me, even with my heavy makeup. I recommended it to friends with oily and combination skin, and they all used it without any issues, praising its cleansing effectiveness. I highly recommend it for those with dry or extremely dry skin, while others might want to check out different reviews for their skin types.

  Cons

  The only downside is that the spatula that comes with the balm spreads oddly, so I end up using my hands instead.

  Using your hands actually works better for application.

  As mentioned on the packaging, this product really does remove mascara well. As someone who wears mascara daily, I can confirm it's incredibly effective. I've always used cleansing balms, but with this, I don't need to rub or pinch my eyes excessively - the mascara just comes off so easily. A small amount is enough to cleanse your entire face. The scent is pleasant, and it comes with a spatula for more hygienic use. I absolutely love it! It doesn't irritate my skin, and there's minimal tightness after use.

  I've honestly never experienced anything negative with this product in all the time I've been using it.

  Pros

  It's great at removing dead skin cells and has a refreshing scent. It also effectively removes excess oil. I have combination and sensitive skin, but I didn't experience any tingling or dryness. Best of all, the one-touch lid makes it super convenient to open.

  Cons

  The spatula was a bit awkward to use. The product didn't spread easily on my face. The quantity is less than expected - I wish it came in a larger size.

  Tip

  You need to massage your face for quite a while. For best results, wet your face occasionally during cleansing.
