I spray it generously, work it in, and it transforms into a warm, creamy texture. I press it into my hair, comb through with my fingers, leave it on for at least 5 minutes, then rinse. When rinsing, I thoroughly cleanse my scalp but don't aggressively rinse the lengths of my hair - just let the water run through and then squeeze out the excess moisture. If your hair is in poor condition, this won't give you that "wet seal" look, but it's great value for money.
