When applying, it feels a bit strange, but the results are undeniable. The texture is like a water-emulsion hybrid, cool and lightweight on application. As a serum that inevitably causes some sensation, it initially stings and reddens the skin, but by the next day, you can definitely feel your pores have tightened!
Cons
Given the inevitable skin reaction, I recommend using this serum only two or three times a week.
Tip
If redness occurs after application, I soothe my skin with aloe. Surprisingly, the next day, my pores are visibly tighter and the redness is significantly reduced. It's truly a remarkable serum.

I first encountered spicule ampoules through Mediheal's product. Initially, it stung a bit, but the tingling sensation decreased with continued use. My skin seems to have adapted, and now after 6 months of use, I barely feel any discomfort! I've definitely noticed an improvement in my vertical pores compared to before I started using it.
Cons
Over time, the product tends to drip around the opening, which isn't very tidy. However, I'm quite satisfied with everything else about the product - it doesn't cause any blemishes, and I like the texture and formulation.
