The scent is a sweet, nutty coconut, with a faint undertone of an unpleasant fragrance.
I've always disliked the scents of products I've reviewed before, like the Laneige Whipping Tint, and that same unpleasant note is present here.
Luckily, the unpleasant scent is only noticeable upon application, and once applied, the base coconut fragrance becomes more subtle.
Still, I personally preferred the original scent more.

And while the swatch on the back of my hand appeared deep and saturated, the actual lip application ends up looking more muted and subdued.
Compared to the website, the color is lower in value and slightly deeper, but on the lips, the color impact is about half as strong as the hand swatch would suggest.

The official website described the color as a peach beige, but the actual color swatch is a bit darker in value than the website.
Additionally, there is a slight brick color undertone, giving it a slightly deeper feel compared to the website swatch.
And for this 'Joyful Life', it has a slightly more watery texture compared to the other colors.
The other colors have a slightly more dense, creamy feel, but this 'Joyful Life' doesn't have that same texture.

The velvet tint line has excellent lasting power, just like regular tints.
It barely transfers and applies thinly and lightly without feeling heavy.
While the pigmentation is quite sheer, the minimal transfer means the wear time is still quite good, so the lack of opacity isn't an issue.
