Sensitive skin prone to blemishes if I choose the wrong product. Texture: Being a serum foundation, it's lightweight and hydrating, allowing for quick and easy application. Feels like it would be great for dry skin types in winter! Adherence: I prefer a sheer, lightweight skin look, so I applied it with a spatula. The thin consistency allows for a light layer, and it adheres fairly well, though there's a bit of transfer due to its moisturizing nature. Coverage: As mentioned, it's a thin, light formula, so coverage is minimal. You'll definitely need a concealer - it's a must! Darkening: With my shade 17 skin tone, this Vanilla color was way too dark for me. It's hard to tell if there's darkening because it already looks like my skin after wearing makeup for hours. It doesn't feel like I'm wearing makeup, just gives a slight hint of color. Sometimes it even looks darker than my bare face! If you usually use shades 13-17, I recommend choosing the lightest shade available. Blemishes: Despite having oil in the formula, which usually causes breakouts for me, I didn't experience any skin issues! Packaging: Unlike heavy glass bottles of typical foundations, this comes in a lightweight tube that's perfect for travel or everyday carry.
ConsPore coverage ❌ Scar coverage ❌ As someone with large pores and scars, I honestly don't think this foundation creates a beautiful skin finish. It doesn't fill in pores and seems to settle between them, making them more noticeable. Even with makeup on, my skin doesn't look smooth. Scars are completely visible too... If coverage is important to you, you'll need to use this with a high-coverage product. While others mentioned no caking over time, I experienced some around my nose. As time passed, there was also noticeable lifting on my cheeks and chin. It might be due to summer, but this doesn't seem suitable for hot weather. Longevity: The staying power isn't great either. In this hot and humid summer, it's unrealistic to expect a hydrating foundation to last long. When I checked after about 3 hours, even with powder, oil was seeping through, making it look darker and more worn than when first applied.
TipRemember to set this foundation with powder - it's a must!

The design is sleek, and the transparent tip will be great for checking how much product is left when you're running low. It would be perfect for achieving that Y2K makeup vibe! After application, it dries to a matte finish without any rich feeling.
ConsWhen I used it, it severely emphasized my pores, which made my skin look uneven. Rather than making my skin look translucent, it seemed to dull my complexion. You'll probably need to work hard on your base makeup before applying this.
TipMake sure to put effort into your base makeup and apply this product in thin layers, spreading it out multiple times.

I tried applying it with a spatula on one side and with my hands on the other. It goes on remarkably thin either way, to the point where there's no noticeable difference. It truly feels like a second skin, so your face doesn't feel suffocated. The staying power was impressive on my forehead and nose where my skin is in good condition. It maintained its initial appearance well. In the T-zone, where oil tends to surface, it blended naturally with the sebum without looking messy. However, some shine was unavoidable. On my cheeks, where I applied powder and oil doesn't typically surface, it maintained its initial state without causing any deep dryness. The finish seems to be semi-glow. It's not fully dewy, but not matte either. It might be better suited for slightly drier weather than current conditions. In terms of adherence, it's not an instantly setting product, so you need to give it a moment. However, since the product itself applies thinly and has low coverage, even if it wears off, the difference isn't very noticeable. The coverage is about enough for evening out skin tone. It's not non-existent, but not high either. Though this could be because I applied it very thinly. The range of shades seems quite diverse. If applied thickly, it might look pale, but applied thinly, it matched well with my skin tone (I usually use shade 23) without looking off.
ConsWhile I thought there wasn't much difference in skin condition, I was surprised to see dead skin cells emphasized around my nose, clumping around my mouth, messy breakdown on my chin, and product settling into fine lines around my mouth. I've never experienced such a dramatic breakdown before, so it was quite shocking. On other days when I used it, it wasn't as severe, but it seems you need to exfoliate well before using this product. While there was no deep dryness, you can visibly see that the skin looks dry. If coverage is important to you, you might be disappointed as it applies very thinly.
TipRecommended for those who prioritize thin application over coverage. If it matches well with your skin and base, it maintains a clean finish. Even though my skin condition wasn't much different from usual, the breakdown seemed random, which was disappointing for me as I prioritize a clean, long-lasting finish. While it maintained well on my cheeks and forehead, it seems some other areas didn't agree with my skin. I'll need to test it more.
