This plumping glow tint is not too stimulating and has a nicely plump and flushed look on the lips, which I really like. The level of stimulation feels similar to applying a balmy lip balm! When applied on the lips, it gives a deep burgundy pink color that I think will suit cool-toned individuals well! The color payoff is great, and it has more of a transparent glow rather than a thick glossy finish. I liked how it applies thinly and adheres without any stickiness.
Cons
As a warm-toned person, I found that it doesn't suit me well on its own, especially when worn as a full lip. Also, if you don't apply it carefully, it can create a distinct boundary on the inner part of the lips, like a water tint.
