This cushion truly lives up to its name, giving you that perfect "peeled egg" complexion. There's minimal darkening, and the coverage is about medium. Even with my dry skin, it doesn't flake as long as I prep well with skincare. But here's the real kicker - I wore this while out for a walk when it suddenly started raining. With no one to pick me up, I ended up strolling in the rain for about 15 minutes. When I got home, my skin still looked flawless! Fenty Beauty, you've got a loyal customer in me now - take my money! So far, I haven't found any downsides. Just please don't reformulate it! I'm currently using this product and love it. It's incredibly hydrating from the start, and the variety of shades like Peach 1.5 makes it easy to choose the perfect match. As someone with extremely dry skin, it feels very hydrating at first, but as time goes on... it doesn't seem to maintain that intense moisture I need.

There's absolutely no darkening and the staying power is excellent. I have dry skin, but I'm using it well even in winter! The key is to prep your skin well - then it doesn't look cakey at all. The staying power is impressive, and the coverage isn't bad either. I didn't experience any blemishes popping up after use. If you skimp on skincare prep, dead skin cells show up more noticeably than with other cushions. Apply it wrong, and it can look super patchy. Absolutely avoid touch-ups with this one! I have combination skin and I've been using shade 21 for a month now! Note that shade 21 comes out a bit lighter, so keep that in mind. I didn't have high expectations since the Fmgt cushion glass had some darkening, but this cushion builds up thinly and evenly, making it easy to control the amount. The coverage is medium to high! It darkens naturally by about half a shade, but it looks natural and fine. It might be better for transitional seasons like fall or spring rather than summer, and it lasts all day long! If you're looking for that 'egg-shell' finish, you'll be really satisfied with this cushion. I'm even considering repurchasing. Overall, it's an incredibly good cushion! My T-zone is very dry, but for a matte cushion, it didn't emphasize dryness much at all! Not recommended for dry skin... It should be fine for normal skin types. Please note that the application marks are visible. I didn't experience any blemishes after using it! Building it up thinly in multiple layers really makes it adhere well to the skin. As a summer cool-toned person who uses shade 21, I have combination skin with dry cheeks and chin, and slightly oily forehead and nose. The coverage was truly like a peeled egg when first applied, just as the name suggests. The darkening wasn't noticeable enough to be a concern. While the coverage is good, it doesn't conceal pores at all. Maybe because it's winter, but despite my combination skin, it felt quite matte and drying for me. It looks pretty when first applied, but after about 3 hours, you can clearly see it settling unattractively on my drier areas like cheeks and chin. I always have to reapply and touch up, but I wouldn't really recommend it for touch-ups either! (When blending, it tends to clog pores, making touch-ups look less than ideal.)
