If your skin is as sensitive as mine, I'd recommend not using it continuously when it really flares up. It stung a bit.

My skin is dry and sensitive (seborrheic dermatitis), so my skin flakes off like crazy. I usually don't exfoliate my skin very well.
The cleansing foam has mild exfoliating ingredients, which I liked.
