i've been into milky toners recently and this is the first one i've tried. i did test it in a store once and i liked the cooling feeling and the milkiness. i feel it prepares my skin for the steps after. i've only used this for a while, so i haven't seen many effects, either positive or negative, but it does feel a bit thin and not thicker like i expected
