  For combination dehydrated skin and closed comedones (whiteheads) This product has the same 2% salicylic acid content as Ecrin Gel, a renowned ointment for whiteheads. That's why it's exceptionally effective for treating closed comedones. Apply it gently to the skin, as if you're patting it on. With consistent use, you'll visibly notice an improvement in those pesky whiteheads. On days when you really want to deep-clean your pores, try this routine: Gently apply this product > clay mask > hydrating mask > moisturizing mask Remember, whiteheads require chemical exfoliation, not physical scrubbing. So if closed comedones are your concern, this product could be a game-changer for you.

  As someone with combination and acne-prone skin, I had stubborn blemishes on my T-zone that weren't responding to acne patches. After trying this product, I noticed the blemishes gradually shrinking and eventually disappearing. Now I use it whenever I have any skin issues.

  Cons

  Using these pads makes my entire face feel extremely dry. It's especially bad around the sides of my nose, where I get a lot of dead skin cells flaking off.

  As someone with an abundance of dead skin cells, I use this consistently almost every day of the week. My skin has changed dramatically since discovering this product. While I've tried other salicylic acid products like Acrin Gel, this one is the most powerful and gives the smoothest effect. After cleansing, I thoroughly dry my face, wait up to 10 minutes, and then proceed with my skincare routine. When my face feels too tight, I can't resist applying emulsion right away, but I've heard that waiting a bit enhances the effectiveness.

  Cons

  Although it's alcohol-free, applying only this after cleansing and waiting 10 minutes can leave your face feeling painfully dry. It removes dead skin cells but can lead to deep dryness.

  Tip

  They say if you can endure those challenging 10 minutes, you'll see significant results.

  Pros

  I had body acne, but after wiping with the Max Plus pads, it visibly reduced. The cooling sensation makes it perfect for summer use.

  Cons

  It can be a bit drying, so you definitely need to follow up with a moisturizer. That's the only downside.

  Tip

  I recommend using it on your body first before trying it on your face, as it might be a bit strong for some skin types.
