  This isn't a watery toner, but one with a thicker consistency. It's great for toner masking and better suited for winter than summer use. The finish isn't light and fresh, but rather dense with a slightly rich feel. It would be excellent for those with dry skin. When I first used it, it seemed to suit me well, but as I continued using it, I started to feel unsure... It felt a bit heavy on my skin. (I experienced some itching and a bumpy sensation, unfortunately.) I'm not sure if it's because of the warmer weather or not. Due to the hot weather, I'm thinking of trying a watery toner instead. This one feels like an ambiguous product for me, so I'm unsure about repurchasing. If you have dry skin, give it a try!
