ConsThe scent is off-putting, smelling a bit stale, and it's completely ineffective against blackheads and whiteheads.

Honestly, using it without a spatula by just twisting? I didn't think much of it at first, but it's really convenient. It's also hygienic. Once you get used to it, controlling the amount becomes easy. No water gets in, the cleansing effectiveness is pretty good, and I noticed some of my skin texture disappearing. Maybe because the mung beans are ground, it feels like it exfoliates too, giving a sense of dead skin cell removal. It worked well even after wearing makeup, and it didn't irritate my eyes. There was no feeling of tightness after cleansing.
ConsCompared to other cleansing balms, I didn't get the impression that it removes blackheads particularly well. During the emulsification process, the texture becomes quite thick, which might be hit or miss for some people (I personally didn't like it). Because of this, I often felt like I hadn't washed it off completely, so I always did a second cleanse. For some reason, I got some closed comedones after using it. I'm not sure if this was due to a defective product, but it was a bit stiff when twisting, making it difficult to use. While it doesn't sting my eyes, it does make them a bit cloudy. Also, it seems a bit pricey compared to other brands for the amount you get.
TipEveryone, please make sure to emulsify it properly... or you might get blemishes. It's just okay for casual use. That's about it.

And using a spatula is just too much hassle. The twist-up design is so clean and convenient, plus it's easy to control the amount. Don't worry about the mung bean particles being irritating! Just like the mung bean cleansing foam, the particles aren't bothersome at all, and the formula itself feels incredibly gentle!
ConsThe bottom of the container has an opening, so you'll need to be careful not to let water get in there. It's best to store it on a dry shelf. Also, it's on the pricier side. However, a little goes a long way with this cleanser, so I think the price is justified.

But this product comes in a twist-up container, making it so convenient to use! Plus, it doesn't let water in, which is fantastic. Being a balm type, it's easy to massage without any dripping. It contains mung bean particles, and after a 30-second massage, my skin felt smoother. There was no rough feeling, so it didn't irritate my skin at all. I tried removing some of my most frequently used products, and it easily took off sunscreen and even long-lasting tints. It's become one of my go-to products lately.
ConsWhile it emulsifies well, it feels a bit thick and oily when emulsified, so you need to rinse thoroughly. I personally follow up with a second cleanse!
