  I've been using this for just over a week now. It's gentle and non-irritating, making my skin feel comfortable. The herbal scent is mild and generally agreeable. It has a refreshing feel during application and after. You can use it morning or night without distinction. The dedicated tongs (which can be attached to the lid) are hygienic. The embossed surface makes it optimal as an exfoliating toner pad. It's lightweight and perfect for prepping the skin before makeup or skincare. Great value for money!

  Cons

  The amount of essence is a bit low for using it as a sheet mask. Unlike other sheets that can be easily split down the middle to place on both cheeks, this one's texture is too firm to tear. The pore-tightening effect isn't particularly noticeable.

  Pros

  On days when my skin was red and irritated, I found these pads really soothing! I have super sensitive skin, so using toner pads usually causes unavoidable irritation and often makes my skin react. But with these, even though there was a slight sensation, my skin didn't flare up, and the calming effect was more noticeable! I also appreciated that the scent wasn't too strong, and there was plenty of toner on each pad.

  Cons

  While the texture of these toner pads was indeed softer compared to others, those with sensitive skin might still experience some tingling sensation. It wasn't completely irritation-free for my delicate skin...

  I'm quite satisfied with the embossing. The thick texture makes it feel more hydrating and gentle on the skin. I love that the pad's texture isn't irritating at all! While it's wonderfully moisturizing, I found it a bit sensitive on my cheeks, so I used it selectively on other areas.

  As the seasons changed, my skin started acting up, and I felt like I needed to add another step to my routine. Luckily, I was chosen to be part of The Hwahae Testers, so here's my review after using this product three times a week for two weeks! Usage experience: I loved that the pad has an embossed side and a cotton side, allowing you to choose between absorption or exfoliation. The best part was how essence-rich the pads were, which seemed to help with absorption. Design: The included tongs for picking up the pads were great for preventing contamination. The thickness of the pads was just right - enough to hold the essence without it overflowing. The sturdy, resealable lid was also convenient! Scent: It has a slightly floral fragrance, which I personally enjoyed, but it might be a hit or miss for some people.

  Cons

  Because the pads are so saturated with essence, they don't seem to adhere as well to the skin. When I tried to leave them on for about 5 minutes, I noticed the lack of adhesion. Also, while I'm not sure of the exact ingredients, I suspect there might be AHA or PHA components. As someone with sensitive skin that's currently irritated, I experienced a warm sensation and slight irritation when applying. This meant I couldn't use it daily, so those with sensitive skin should be cautious!

  True to its claims of pore reduction and skin texture improvement, this product delivers on its promises. After using the pads, I noticed my skin felt subtly firmer. When I followed up with ample hydration after refining my skin texture with this product, I definitely felt my skin becoming smoother. It wasn't particularly irritating, so I could use it daily, but given its potency, I'd recommend those with super sensitive skin use it every 2-3 days!

  The scent is stronger than expected. I checked the ingredients, wondering if it was the natural smell of the components, and found tea tree oil listed as a fragrance. I question whether this was necessary. While it wasn't a deal-breaker for me, tea tree is known for its strong aroma... so the scent might be polarizing. Also, for those with dry skin, this alone might not provide enough hydration. Especially in the current season, make sure to follow up with plenty of moisture!

  The pads are pleasantly thick, but they don't cling to the skin as tightly as you might expect - no matter what you do, they won't stay put perfectly. I recommend just leaving them on while you quietly dry your hair. There's plenty of essence, but it tends to settle at the bottom. Occasionally flipping the container helps saturate the upper pads better. To facilitate this, keep one of the white circular paper seals instead of removing them all - it'll help distribute the essence more evenly!

When looking at products, I mainly focus on whether the ingredients are good, if the hydration lasts long, and if the cooling function works well. Ingredients: According to Hwahae, there were hardly any harmful ingredients, which made me hopeful. When I actually used it, I didn't feel any irritation at all. Hydration: With the pads I used before, even after fully absorbing one sheet, I'd feel dryness after a while. This product has a light texture that slowly brings moisture from deep within, which I'm extremely satisfied with.
