I've been using it as a portable option, but I think it would be even more suitable as a toner replacement!

I keep a small mist bottle in my car and spray it regularly throughout the day. I'm not sure about using it over makeup, as I only wear sunscreen. After applying sunscreen, I spray this mist on top and gently pat it in. It absorbs well into the skin.
