It adheres thinly and lightly to the skin, and wears beautifully. No darkening effect noticed. While it doesn't cover spots, the overall coverage is quite satisfactory. The pump is seriously problematic. It won't dispense with normal pressure, but when you press a bit harder, it suddenly releases too much product. It's impossible to dispense just a small amount. No sun protection function. Considering all these drawbacks, the price is far too high for what it offers. - yu*****Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessMay 4, 2025
Skin type: Light neutral undertone (17-19 shade) / Combination (oily T-zone, dry U-zone) / Butterfly zone texture and pore concerns I recommend testing the lightest pink-based foundation in-store before purchasing. Apply a thin layer with a spatula, then gently press with a damp hydro sponge to blend seamlessly for a glowing, honey-like complexion. It seemed to lift the nasolabial folds, likely due to its light color. As it's a semi-glow product, it won't completely conceal pores or blemishes, so use it with sunscreen and primer. I'm particular about sunscreen application, so I gently patted it on with my fingertips to avoid emphasizing dead skin cells. After applying the foundation, I was pleasantly surprised by how smoothly it filled in my pores. - Repurchase? Leaning towards no for now. I'll decide after using it more. - Causes deep dryness and darkening - *See photo #3* Without a hydrating base, it emphasizes dead skin cells, appears patchy, and visibly cracks = doesn't last very long - The product gushes out, easily dirtying the cap and making it difficult to control the amount - Not worth the $80 price tag - gr*******Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedFeb 15, 2025
✿ Combination dehydrated skin with oily T-zone and cheeks, but dry elsewhere ✿ Skin that doesn't react well to tea tree, centella, green tea, chamomile, rose, and most oils ✿ Extremely fair complexion where even shade 13 looks dark ✿ Thin, blemish-prone skin ✿ Atopic skin that gets itchy if I skip body emulsion for just one day ✿ All-time favorite cosmetics that work wonders for me: Primera Miracle Seed Essence B.plane Clean Ocean Sunscreen Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation SNature Squalane Moisturizing Cream NARS Creamy Concealer Hera HD Perfect Powder Hera Air Risingfit Powder Primer Rom&nd Blush Dr. Eslee Toner This foundation is a game-changer for me in terms of shade, texture, and coverage As mentioned above, I have super sensitive skin that breaks out easily, but this one seems to agree with my skin perfectly - no blemishes at all I love how it applies with a nice semi-matte finish. Finding the right shade has always been a struggle since my skin is so fair that most foundations look dark on me, but this one matches my complexion beautifully (For reference, even Estée Lauder's Porcelain was too dark for me) The only downside is that it doesn't offer sun protection. It works great when applied over sunscreen, but you need to find a sunscreen formula that agrees with your skin Make sure to apply sunscreen first, then follow with this foundation - si*****Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 9, 2025
Here's my review after using it for about 3 months! The texture - It's the thinnest foundation I've ever seen, probably because it's mixed with serum. When you touch it, it feels almost like water. Application - It applies so smoothly that you could even use your hands. I prefer using a spatula! Applying multiple thin layers gives a more beautiful skin finish. Coverage - As it applies thinly and clearly, it's not a product with crazy good coverage. Choose this if you want to create a clear, radiant skin look. It doesn't cover pores, texture, blemishes, or blemishes well - they show through. I actually thought this made it look more natural and gave a prettier skin finish. Adherence - The adherence is absolutely fantastic! It sticks so well you can apply it with your hands. I have dry skin, so I pat it with a damp puff, but it adheres well and looks beautiful even without moistening the puff. Recommended skin type - The Light Reflecting Foundation is famous for being good for dry skin! It's truly my holy grail foundation for my dry skin. The Yongyang color is the lightest pink-based shade, recommended for cool-toned people who use shades 13-17. I don't recommend it for those who want high coverage or to perfectly conceal pores. The price, isn't it? Such a wicked price... Although I think it's worth buying even at that price as it's my holy grail foundation... Please, please, please test it before buying! If you make a mistake buying such an expensive foundation, you'll cry tears of blood... I don't recommend using a brush with expensive foundation. It's such a waste when the brush absorbs the product... I recommend using a spatula or your hands.
