Absorbs well and glides on smoothly. It's hydrating and gentle on the skin. There are capsule-like particles inside, but they don't feel gritty or irritating - they break down easily, making application a breeze. It's great for moisturizing, so I like to use it as a final step in my routine. In my experience, it helped fade red marks after about a week of use (personal opinion). I loved it so much after using it for about 2 weeks that I went to their pop-up store to repurchase! It's a bit disappointing that it doesn't come with a spatula for more hygienic application.
