It brightens up the face when used to cover under-eye dark circles, which is great. The scent isn't irritating, and you get a generous amount of product. While I'm still mastering concealer application, using a well-matched concealer brush seems to prevent creasing or cracking. When it's too light, mixing shades to cover blemishes works perfectly for evening out the complexion. The user's own skill level is the issue... It absorbs beautifully and seems to provide good coverage even on fair skin. It's excellent for concealing freckles. If you have dark undereye circles, it might take some skill to cover them effectively.
