Let's cut to the chase - we've fallen for marketing hype once again. After battling stubborn blackheads that wouldn't budge despite trying cleansing oils, blotting papers, sebum softeners, and nose packs, I stumbled upon this ampoule cleanser specifically for blackheads. The ads make it seem like a miracle product that dissolves every last blackhead and whitehead, promising to give you a celebrity-worthy nose. But that's not quite the reality. I was frustrated by the lack of reviews despite all the advertising, so I decided to bite the bullet and try it myself. I've been using it for about two weeks now. Let's start with the positives and what sets it apart: 1. Unique sensation When you spread the sticky gel on your nose area, it starts to bubble up with a slight tingling sensation. And that's about it for the good points. Now for the disappointments: 1. Underwhelming cleansing effectiveness The official website claims it removes sebum-like substances around the nose, but in reality, whether you wait a short time or longer for the foam to develop, you don't really feel like it's tackling the sebum. It just bubbles up, and that's all. The main issue is that for a product marketed as a specialized blackhead ampoule cleanser, it falls short in actually removing blackheads. This alone is enough to make the entire product disappointing. There's a reason why there are so many ads but few reviews. While the regular price is 50,000 won with a 'discounted' price (which is basically the standard price) of 37,000 won, its performance doesn't justify the cost. You're better off consistently using a sebum softener, then dissolving dead skin cells with AHA or BHA pads, followed by care with a cleansing oil or balm. If even that doesn't work, it might be time to visit a dermatologist - which is what I'm considering now. It's best to wait as long as possible for the foam to fully develop
