I'm a fan of Rom&nd products and always make sure to try their new releases. This one is a water tint. Water tints are great for staining the lips and give that 'your lips but better' look, making them feel comfortable. The cherry red shade would suit cool-toned skin beautifully.
Cons
It's difficult to apply evenly on the lips, and the short, stubby applicator makes it uncomfortable to use with a brush. It leaves my lips looking dry and patchy. I won't be repurchasing, and I think I made a mistake with the color choice. It doesn't suit me at all.

Compared to the regular water tints from back in the day that would completely stain your lips, this one applies with more viscosity, a bouncy texture, and leaves your lips feeling moisturized. When I did a swatch test on my hand and immediately wiped it off, it left quite a bit of stain, but it doesn't seem to stain the lips as much. The color is a cherry red with a slight purple undertone. It would likely suit winter cool-toned complexions well.
Cons
When applying, it tends to create a somewhat patchy effect, making it difficult to achieve a clean application. The more you blend it, the more it seems to spread unevenly, so it's best to apply just one layer and let it dry well. Layering it only made it spread and clump, which wasn't great.
