*Yellow No. 21 Galweomdip Lip Color Depth 🔘 I didn't prefer water tints because they are matte, but Romand's are not as matte as to be unwearable. 🔘 The biggest advantage of water tints is that they have great color payoff and are lightweight, but this one balances out that advantage and the drying downside of previous water tints, applying comfortably. 🔘 This tint is suitable for those who like matte finishes, no transfer, good longevity, and want their lips to be stained with a watercolor-like tint. 🔘🔘 The Berry Bite color has a slightly deeper feeling once it sets, but it's a pink-red color and has a brightening magic even on my warm-toned skin.
