*Yellow No. 21 Galweomdip Lip Color Depth ๐ While I didn't prefer matte water tints before, the Rom&nd one isn't as matte. ๐ The main advantage of water tints is their great pigmentation and lightweight feel, and this one manages to retain those benefits while also overcoming the dryness issue that plagued previous water tints, applying comfortably. ๐ If you like matte finishes, don't want transfer, want good longevity, and desire a watercolor-like stain on your lips, this tint would suit you well. ๐๐ The Chili Rush color has a slightly deeper stain when it sets, but the brick tone also builds up the more you apply.
