When applied to the skin like a pack, it lowered the skin temperature and relieved the tightness, which was great. The jelly pad is completely non-irritating.

The pads I used before were made of cotton fabric, so light exfoliation helped prevent acne from forming. However, this pad seems to be more like a face pack, as I get a few pimples after using it. Sensitive reddened skin and thin, so general pads cause irritation if left on for more than 7 minutes, making the redness worse. But this is a gel, so there is no irritation. The cooling sensation lasts a long time, both immediately after use and afterwards. I usually don't react well to collagen ingredients, but this one is fine.
Cons
After applying gel and drying, it slides smoothly. The size is small.

The Hwahae Trial Reviewer: The Biossance collagen pack was a bit burdensome to apply daily, but now that it's in a pad format, it's much more accessible!!
