Color payoff: The initial application is incredibly sheer and light, making it a perfect shade for those with deep undertones! It applies like a tint that lets your natural lip color show through, so the final result may vary depending on your lip pigmentation. On my lips, which have a slightly bluish tinge, it turned out to be exactly the color I wanted - somewhere between coral and pink. (If I had bought Pink Julep, I think it would have looked cool-toned on my lips!) Cooling effect: While it claims to have a lip plumping effect, there's no dramatic change. It just feels refreshing on the lips, and maybe the fine lines appear slightly smoother, making the lips look a bit more plump. Shine: Compared to other glowy tint formulas, the shine isn't overwhelming. It's a perfect level of glow for those who don't like their lips to look too sparkly. If I were to rank tints by their shine level, it would be: Pia Spring Bottle >> Dinto Coral Julep > Rom&nd Mellow Sugar Darkening: When comparing it to similar lip products, its initial application is definitely the sheerest, making it ideal for light skin tones. However, as time passes, the color does intensify slightly. While it doesn't darken as dramatically as the Dinto Blur Glow Tint, there is a noticeable difference from the initial application. If you're not overly sensitive to slightly muted colors and have a light skin tone, this shade should work well for you.
