That's what drew me in, and I don't regret buying it. It's adorable. When you try it on, you can feel that they were aiming for a clean, soap-like finish, like that fresh feeling after a shower. I get it now - that's the vibe they were going for. I'd say they succeeded in that aspect.
ConsHowever, the staying power and adherence leave something to be desired. It comes off easily and doesn't break down naturally. When I first applied my makeup, it looked gorgeous, but as I went about my day, I was surprised to notice my complexion took on a grayish tint, making me look a bit sickly. After that experience, I haven't really reached for it much. It's disappointing...

While the outer packaging doesn't resemble soap, the puff holder inside reminds me of a soap dish. Applying a thin layer gives a subtle glow that gradually becomes more matte over time. I didn't notice much darkening. Though it doesn't feel like it's clinging to the skin, it doesn't transfer much. The staying power seems decent as long as you avoid physical contact. My neck is lighter than my face, so I usually prefer a light 21 shade. The color chart showed 17-21 and 21-23, so after some deliberation, I went with the second shade. At first, I wondered if it looked natural enough, but I think the lighter shade would've been too bright.
ConsOddly, while I didn't notice much darkening even after reapplication, the product seemed to sit on top of my skin rather than blending in seamlessly. The coverage was a bit lacking with just one thin layer, and adding more made it look a bit cakey, which was frustrating. While I appreciated the unique, lightweight cushion case, the magnetic closure was inconvenient to open. The puff, shaped like it was cut in half, initially seemed perfect for under-eye application. However, it developed creases at the edges with repeated use, and its small size became a drawback. I bought this during Olive Young's Olive Day with a coupon, but later saw it on sale for even less, including a refill. While discounts vary, paying just over 30,000 won for the product alone versus under 30,000 won for the product plus refill seemed excessive. Reading reviews, it seems other brands also initially sell just the product before offering refill sets later. Unless you're eager to try it immediately, it might be worth waiting for a better deal.
