  Pros

  I received this toner as a gift while abroad, touted as one of the hottest brands right now. I was initially concerned that the ginseng might make it too heavy, but I gave it a try. It turned out to be perfect for summer - light yet deeply hydrating, and it really evens out the skin texture. I used it before makeup or decanted it into a spray bottle for easy application. It was also great for soothing dry, itchy areas. I absolutely loved using it last year.
