In my personal opinion, due to its lightness, it quickly fades to a bare-faced look. This suggests it absorbs well or that natural oils come through easily. 

It's great for casual outings, but might be challenging to use as your main foundation for a full face of makeup.

I bought this for a light application. I wanted a clean, natural-looking makeup that's subtle yet noticeable. 

The feel is lightweight and doesn't dry out the skin, giving a sense of effortless makeup application. However, you can still tell you're wearing makeup.

The texture is light with a glossy finish.

Probably because it's hydrating and gentle, the coverage isn't particularly outstanding. You'll need to use concealer for areas that need more coverage.

I've been using this for over 6 months, and it's excellent both for touch-ups and initial makeup application. It's a product that's moisturizing yet adheres well to the skin.

For those with extremely dry skin like me, it works well when used with a facial mist.

While everything else is great, I have some blemishes and the coverage is a bit lacking, which is disappointing.

As someone with dry skin, I love how this applies thinly yet feels incredibly hydrating. It's great for layering. The compact size of the cushion also makes it very portable.

I have quite a few blemishes, including freckles, redness, and acne scars. Coverage is important to me, but this cushion really lacks in that department. It's definitely less coverage than a typical cushion, and even layering doesn't make much difference. I wouldn't recommend it to those who prioritize coverage. It feels more like a sunscreen cushion...

It's so moisturizing! As someone with dry skin, I chose Giverny as my first cushion foundation. It's truly hydrating, especially when I used it in winter. Even with just the cushion applied, I didn't experience any deep dryness. Of course, I do tend to have a solid skincare routine as a base!

The shade was the biggest disappointment for me. Even though I'm shade 22, the 23 felt too light. It's more like a 21 in other cushions that tend to run lighter.

My skin gets quite oily in the T-zone, especially on the nose. Being a glow cushion, it unfortunately made my nose and the areas around it extremely oily, which was disappointing. Despite being a glow cushion, the hydration doesn't last very long. After about 3 hours, the area around my mouth starts to feel dry. There's also some settling into lines around the nose, though it does an okay job of covering pores.

The coverage isn't very high, so a separate concealer is a must.

Lastly, the staying power is lacking - it comes off easily when touched and even leaves marks when pressed against hair.

For reference, I have combination dehydrated skin with a yellow undertone, slight redness on my cheeks, and I'm shade 22. While my T-zone tends to get oily, I often feel dryness on my cheeks, especially around the mouth area.

The cushion compact itself looks pretty. True to its 'glow' nature, it has an extra transparent layer on the outside that gives it a sparkly appearance.

The puff is soft on the side that touches your face and works well with the cushion.

The cushion keeps my skin hydrated for about 3 hours after application. At first, it doesn't give an extremely glowy finish, but as time passes, it mixes with your skin's natural oils to create an amazing glow. Since I tend to get oily in my T-zone, it can look a bit like an oily sheen in that area.

Touching up your makeup is super easy with this. Even if you've already applied powder over the cushion, you can reapply it later without any pilling, and it still does a great job of covering pores.

Despite the hype and YouTuber collaboration, I probably won't repurchase. I'll use it for touch-ups or to add some glow to dry areas. The coverage is very low, almost non-existent. It has low adherence, so you can feel the product sitting on top of the skin rather than blending in seamlessly.

The longevity is... really almost non-existent! It might be okay for those who don't mind touch-ups or those with very little oil production. Although it's hydrating, there's a slight oily mix that makes the skin feel a bit itchy, like there's an extra layer on the skin. I guess that's the trade-off for a glow cushion - the reduced adherence to the skin?

I tried the Giverny cushion for the first time! The purple case is quite cute, but the mirror inside is too small. The puff is average, and the formula is quite soft, so if you press too hard, a lot of product comes out. True to its name, it gives your skin a dewy, glassy finish. If you have good skin, it might make you look radiant, but let me share my experience as someone with acne-prone combination dehydrated skin. The shade 23 brightens your complexion slightly, with a nice apricot tone that's neither too yellow nor pink. It feels moisturizing upon application, with a ratio of about 40% hydration to 60% richness. The hydration doesn't evaporate quickly, which is nice! Personally, I found it better to pat it on with controlled amounts rather than rubbing it in.

For a shade 23, it's surprisingly light. I know my complexion is on the darker side, but still, this tone feels too bright for a 23. I think even those who usually wear shade 21 could use this 23 without any issues.

The glow this gives is absolutely stunning! Every time I wear it, my friends always ask what cushion I'm using. If you love a radiant makeup look, you must get this. The staying power is incredible too!
