Compared to other cushion compacts, this one is more hydrating and natural-looking. It gives a fresh, healthy glow that makes your complexion appear flawless while still looking natural.
ConsI've been using Amuse since their first season, but compared to previous seasons, while the finish is more matte, it's also become drier.
TipFor those with combination dehydrated skin or dry skin types, I'd recommend using this in summer. For winter use, I'm not so sure... It might not provide enough hydration for the colder months.

As someone who prefers a natural look with sheer coverage, I'm about 80% satisfied with this product.
Cons- The low coverage means it doesn't conceal as well around the nose - I usually apply foundation once lightly, but with this cushion, you need to layer it at least twice for a noticeable effect - No major blemishes so far
TipPro tip: Keep your skincare routine light before applying! (The formula is lightweight, but if your face is too dewy from skincare, it might cause the product to slip or pill)

Lightweight feel even with multiple layers 2. Comfortable, even coverage without feeling heavy 3. Beautifully refines skin texture with a natural glow 4. No cakiness or pilling, making it perfect for touch-ups 5. Stays put nicely 6. Neutral tone without yellow undertones I loved it so much that I stocked up during a sale! I've been a cushion foundation nomad for about 8 years, but this time I struck gold! I bought it based on a YouTuber's recommendation who loves achieving a translucent skin look, and it didn't disappoint. I used to like YSL's cushion, but it was a bit pricey. And Hera Black didn't work for me. I highly recommend this product to those with similar skin types!
ConsThe cons are hardly worth mentioning compared to the pros. 1. Coverage is below average, reaching average with two layers Still, it evens out the complexion nicely and covers redness satisfactorily Concealer needed for spots, freckles, and dark pigmentation 2. Less hydrating than expected While less drying than matte products, it's not as moisturizing as anticipated Most recent "glow" cushions aren't exceptionally hydrating An overly moisturizing base can lead to issues like pilling, separation, stickiness, and quick breakdown, so this balanced feel is actually quite satisfactory
TipThis review highlights the product's ability to create a natural, translucent finish while providing adequate coverage for everyday wear. The reviewer appreciates the lightweight feel and even application, which are crucial factors for many consumers seeking a comfortable, long-lasting foundation. The mention of its suitability for touch-ups and its staying power adds to its appeal for those with busy lifestyles. The reviewer's history as a "cushion foundation nomad" lends credibility to their opinion, suggesting they have extensive experience with various products in this category. Their comparison to higher-end brands like YSL and Hera provides helpful context for potential buyers. While the product may not be as hydrating as some might expect from a "glow" cushion, the reviewer frames this as a positive aspect, noting that the balanced formula helps prevent common issues associated with overly moisturizing bases. This perspective offers valuable insight for those with combination or oily skin types. Overall, this review paints a picture of a versatile, user-friendly cushion foundation that delivers on its promises without major drawbacks, making it a strong contender in the competitive Korean beauty market.

Personally, I'm not too concerned about high coverage and use it mainly for evening out my skin tone with a fresh, lightweight feel. I'm satisfied with it and find myself reaching for it often. Among cushions that aim for a natural skincare feel, some can be sticky due to high moisture content. However, the Amuse Dew Jelly Cushion doesn't have this issue and adheres perfectly to the skin, which I really appreciate. I'm happily using shade 1.5 for a natural skin appearance. This cushion excels at evening out skin tone and creating a uniform complexion.
ConsThe coverage and longevity may vary depending on individual skin types, so it's recommended to test the product on your face before purchasing. The concept and entire line focus on achieving a natural look rather than high coverage, so keep this in mind when considering a purchase.
TipWhen applying, I focus on the center of the face, cheeks, and T-zone, as the product tends to add a glow all over. This technique allows for natural contouring through subtle shading, helping to define facial features.

Other high-coverage cushions tend to have a lot of color pigments that can settle into pores and feel dry when they break down, but this one doesn't do that at all. It's moisturizing and feels great! It didn't cause any blemishes either. For me, this is almost a holy grail product. If you're looking for something similar, you might think of the Espoir Be Natural Cushion, but I find this one to be more hydrating and it gives a more transparent, beautiful complexion.
ConsThere's nothing I dislike about it! I'm completely satisfied. Many people say the coverage isn't good, and that's true - it doesn't have much coverage. This cushion just evens out your skin texture, so it's more suitable for those who prioritize a natural skin-like finish over coverage.

I find myself using this most days when I'm heading to school. I highly recommend it for those with dry skin. There was hardly any darkening effect.
ConsAs for coverage, you can pretty much consider it non-existent. However, I personally value a thin application more than coverage, so I didn't really see the lack of coverage as a drawback.

There's a subtle shimmer that gives a nice glow. The color has a slight orange tint, but it looks natural.
ConsAs someone with dry skin, I'm not keen on using powder, but I worry this might be too shimmery. The shade matches my skin tone exactly, so it doesn't cover any redness.
TipIt feels like a base meant to enhance the application of color cosmetics.
