It feels moisturizing when you apply it, but the finish is beautifully matte! It's definitely on the matte side. I use Amuse products every single day... The way it absorbs is so hydrating~ That unique feeling is something only Amuse can deliver... It's pricey... For someone on a budget like me, it's quite expensive, sigh... If only they sold refills separately... It's great for touch-ups! When you're feeling lazy, just dab it on your oily T-zone! After applying, your skin feels fresh and powder-soft again!
