This product has been used for about 2 months. When I first chose this product, I impulsively bought it because the cute Hwahae Trial Reviewer here was too adorable. However, there was a discount and refill available, so I purchased it as a daily cleansing product. Despite being an impulsive purchase, this product has been amazing - the cleansing and toner pads have no irritation at all, even with vigorous wiping, and the wave pattern is so nice. I personally highly recommend this product. Even after washing my face, using this has no irritation whatsoever, and it's great for my sensitive skin. In the evenings, this alone provides enough moisture that my combination skin doesn't feel dry or tight. There really aren't any downsides to this product - it's a complete recommendation from me!
Cons
Despite the absence of any issues, I would say that the only downside is that it gets used up too quickly. Haha. And the fact that it comes with the tweezers is really great.

It's so soft!! I've tried several toner pads so far, and this is the softest and least irritating one that can also exfoliate. It's refreshing and helps cool down facial heat well, and it also provides good hydration. Toner pads are great!👍🏻👍🏻

Personally, I was extremely satisfied. I have very sensitive skin and tend to get severe acne if I use the wrong product, so I can't really use anything too irritating. But this product didn't cause any major irritation to my skin at all. At first, the small bumps gradually went away, but lately it seems like my skin has built up some tolerance, so it's just been so-so. But overall, it's a pretty solid product!

The pads fit my face really well, so I usually apply them for 5 minutes, but they fall off after only 3 minutes. Haha.
