  Pros

  As someone with very dry eyes, I often experience irritation when using waterproof mascaras. However, with most easy-wash mascaras, including this one, I hardly feel any eye irritation. That's definitely a plus! On my lashes, there was minimal clumping, and it applied smoothly and cleanly, which I really liked. I've always felt that easy-wash mascaras don't lengthen lashes as well as waterproof ones, but this product exceeded my expectations in terms of its lengthening ability. I love how it cleanly extends the length of my lashes. Lastly, I can't help but mention the price. Since mascara has a short shelf life and should be replaced frequently for hygiene and effectiveness, the affordable price of this product is a huge advantage. It allows for worry-free, frequent replacement. Most importantly, despite its low price, the quality doesn't suffer significantly. I think I'll be using this often in the future!

  Cons

  Most recently released easy-wash products come off like a film, but this one seems to melt away like the mascaras used in old dramas or movies for crying scenes. So when it comes off, it doesn't feel particularly clean. Also, it seemed to have no or weak smudge-proof properties. The easy-wash products I've used so far have been resistant to oils, not coming off easily with natural skin oils or cleansing oils. However, this product seemed to dissolve quite readily with oils. While this wasn't a major issue for me since the eye area doesn't produce much oil naturally and my eyes are on the dry side, it does seem to have lower staying power compared to other easy-wash products. You might need to be careful when using this in the summer!

  Tip

  If you set your eye area well with powder before applying, it seems to go on more cleanly and last a bit longer.
