The existing nude color was too dark, so the hassle of having to mix it with a brighter ivory to get the right brightness level is a concern.
The price is disappointing given the small volume for the cost.

The color is a bright ivory shade, around shades 17-19, without any greyish tones.

I tried using this foundation because I heard that mixing it helps with the issue of it looking cakey, and I'm completely satisfied with how well it applies.
It provides a nice, radiant look even when worn on its own.
The formula is not heavy, so it feels comfortable on the skin.
It covers most blemishes effectively.
It can revive matte or dark foundations.
Applying it with a hydrating foundation boosts the coverage.
I've been getting more comments than usual about how great my skin looks.

I apply it mixed with About Tone BB cream.

The size of this ultra-mini BB cream is just two fingers wide.
It doesn't cover blemishes very well and my skin is prone to acne. :(

 I purchased the BB cream to mix it with the Double Wear foundation (+ review on mixing).
The makeup teacher said that mixing foundation and BB cream is essential, so I was interested in BB creams. I was originally going to buy the Cellcure BB cream, but this time Erborian was launched on Olive Young. Since a YouTuber I often watch uses it, I couldn't resist the curiosity and bought it!

I bought the small size just in case it didn't suit me, and also because of Erborian's launch on Olive Young. But I'm regretting it a bit now - why is this so good? 😶 I'm writing this in case there are others who are sensitive about expiration dates like me! I purchased it around August 2024, and received a product usable until 2027. Even if it becomes a dud, the long expiration date means I can use it somehow ㅋㅋ Of course, it suits me well, so that's unlikely to happen!

I'm currently using Estée Lauder Double Wear, and when I first bought it, the shade matched well and suited my skin. But now, the tone is yellowish, and it's darker and drier than my skin 😮‍💨 I couldn't just use the foundation that's good until next spring only in the summer. But after using the Erborian BB cream, that worry completely disappeared 😲...!

I'm not sure about the application, but the color is really... 👍 for me, who had the prejudice that BB creams are cement-colored. The Double Wear has a yellowish tint, so the color match was good when I mixed them. But the Erborian color itself is a really bright white~ivory-like tone, quite far from my natural skin tone. (Regardless of brightness or darkness) It's an ivory tone with a pinkish hue, so if you mix it with a cool-toned foundation, the color might look too unnatural? ㅎㅎ
Maybe because it's an ivory color, but after mixing, the tone definitely brightened, and I felt like I was wearing my natural skin color.

After mixing with the foundation, I definitely felt the longevity improved! No darkening, and since I commute for about 3.5 hours roundtrip, the makeup needs to last 12-13 hours at least, and with just powder, the longevity is 👍 Especially, there's no round makeup breakdown in the pores! I think I'll keep mixing and using it going forward.
