It's a great value compared to pricier gel masks, delivering impressive results at a reasonable cost.
ConsThe mask tends to slip down due to its slippery texture, which can be annoying. Also, it takes quite a while for the product to fully absorb into the skin.

Usage period: I've been using it for about a week. Skin type: Combination - oily T-zone with dry areas elsewhere. Prone to blemishes if I use the wrong products. My skincare needs change with the seasons. Why I chose it: I've been loving Roundlab's toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Their gentle formulas work wonders for my skin! So I decided to try their mask pack too. Sheet mask review: The gel pad was just right - not too thick or thin. It held the essence well while staying firm, adhering nicely to my skin. Though like all gel masks, it did slip a bit, but that's unavoidable. Hydration: I always prep with toner pads and serum before masking, and this combo provided excellent hydration. Like most gel masks, it did feel a bit tacky as it dried, but not excessively so. After use: A solid, reliable choice! Great for a daily mask routine.
ConsThe main drawback is inherent to gel pad masks - they tend to slide a bit as time passes due to the slippery texture. There's also a slight sensation of the product sitting on top of the skin. This varies person to person though, so it might work perfectly for you. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! No blemishes appeared, which is a plus.
TipFor double the hydration, try this pro tip: Cleanse, apply toner, layer on serum, then follow with the mask pack. It's a game-changer for intense moisture!

Usually, I leave gel masks on for about an hour with serum, but with this product, I only need to use it for about 30 minutes with serum applied. When you apply the product, the gel is thin and adheres well to the face. Even with serum underneath, it doesn't slide off, and the gel remains firm without tearing. I cut the sides near the nose for better adherence. Since everyone's face size is different, I do this with all gel masks, so it wasn't inconvenient. After using the first 4 sheets, I noticed that the butterfly zone became incredibly soft, both immediately after use and the next morning. I really felt my skin texture improving. Recently, I had to measure my pores, and I could clearly see that the measurements were lower than before.
ConsThe product claims to be gentle and has passed sensitivity tests and received an EXCELLENT grade in the German derma test. I tend to pay extra attention to this aspect with collagen-containing products. Sometimes when I use collagen products, my skin can have adverse reactions. Out of the 4 sheets I used, all 4 had an issue where the gel wasn't properly attached to the film and was sliding around. As someone who uses gel masks frequently, I haven't seen this issue in quite a while. Nowadays, masks usually come well-adhered. It was fine after using two sheets, but starting from the third sheet, I began to develop blemishes. Usually, I can get a sense of a product after using two or three, but I wasn't sure about this one, so I bought another set for consistent testing. I found that using it twice a week rather than daily worked best without causing any blemishes. Although the concentrations aren't high, the product contains collagen and retinol. Those who don't typically respond well to retinol should be cautious about using it daily. The product is a bit drying, so make sure to apply cream after use before going to bed.
