I think it's unavoidable to have a somewhat dry but matte expression.

You look so color-coordinated! The color is subtly toned down. It's even more blurred than a blurred tint.

The only downside I can think of is that the product quantity seems a bit small.

I bought this on a whim during an Olive Young sale, and I'm really satisfied with it. This is the first time I've seen a lip product with this kind of formula, and it really is the epitome of a velvet lip. It applies so smoothly and softly on the lips, almost like a buttery texture. It starts off dewy but then dries down to a matte, seamless finish in just a few seconds. Yet it never feels dry at all - it's like I'm not wearing anything on my lips.
The lasting power is also incredible. I couldn't resist trying it on as soon as I got it, and the color was still there even after I had breakfast. Normally, my lip color would be gone by the time I finish a meal, but this one stayed put. I wouldn't say it's exactly the same as when I first applied, but out of all the lip products I've used, this has the best longevity and minimal transfer. 
It's also really easy to do an overlip look with this. Since my lips are a bit small, I usually need to overdraw them, but I struggle with lip liners because I'm so clumsy. With this Touk Lip, I can just use the applicator to quickly trace the outline, and the formula and pigmentation make it look natural and seamless.
In conclusion, the Touk Lip is an amazing product. I've been raving about it to all my friends, but the price point is a bit high, so I'd recommend trying to get it during a sale or promotion.

Using a light base color and blending with a lip pencil or matte lip product can further enhance the watercolor effect.

I applied it right away when I received it, as I had previously failed with other brand lip products, so I was a bit cautious.
