The scent is a bit disappointing, and the narrow opening makes it a bit cramped to use in the cold winter. It feels sticky and tacky, sticking to the lips. I'm not sure about the longevity or if it helps reduce lip flakiness. It's also a hassle to apply and hard to find. For this price, I could get a better product with a buy-one-get-one-free deal at Olive Young. Do I really need this...?
