The scent might be too intense for some people, almost harsh. Being an oil, it tends to leak out of the container after use, which can be inconvenient.

I use this almost daily. It has a strong, tingling rose scent. While the lasting power is low, it absorbs well and feels great on the skin. My complexion feels soft and smooth. Even with my super sensitive skin, I didn't experience any blemishes.

I also apply it to my hair. Since hair essence often contains oil, this body oil works well for hair too. You can mix it with fine salt to create a body scrub (1 part oil to 2.5 parts salt).

The price is extremely high, making it hard to justify buying at full cost. If you only need the oil function, there are many options with double the quantity at half the price. The scent can be overwhelming if inhaled for too long, causing nasal discomfort. I wish it had just the rose fragrance. Also, Tone 28's shipping is incredibly slow, taking over a week. This was my first experience with such delayed delivery, which was quite surprising.

I love the rose scent. It's like a blend of rose and the aroma you'd find in an Aesop store. It absorbs well without feeling sticky, leaving your skin feeling naturally soft. The Aesop store scent fades, leaving behind a subtle rose fragrance. Highly recommended for rose scent lovers. For others, it might be a bit pricey to justify.
