It removes sebum well and wipes away makeup thoroughly. If you emulsify it properly, you might not even need a second cleanse - it's that effective. Now, you might think, 'If it cleanses so well, isn't it harsh?' But surprisingly, it's so gentle that even if it gets in your eyes, it doesn't sting at all. As someone with super sensitive skin, I've been using it without any blemishes. The texture, being a cleansing balm, isn't as light as a liquid cleanser, but it's not heavy either. It's just right for a cleansing balm. Some balms can feel overly oily, but I haven't experienced that with this product. I think it would work well for both dry and combination skin types.
ConsEverything's great, except for one thing - the scent. Some influencers advertised it as having an orange fragrance, but it's not the fresh, citrusy orange you might expect. It's more like... an orange mixed with oil? That was a bit disappointing. However, it's not so bad that it's unusable. I was surprised when I first opened it, but as I continued using it, I realized the scent isn't overpowering, so I'm still using it comfortably.
