  I applied this during winter when my skin felt dehydrated and tight. It was pleasantly moisturizing and created a nice protective barrier. Since it's a snail cream focused on hydration, I mainly applied it to areas that felt particularly dry in winter, rather than all over. I heard the EGF ingredient is great for skin regeneration!
