Actually, before writing this,
I've had acne on my face for a few months that hasn't been coming out well.
I'm not sure if it's due to bad habits or seasonal changes, but I've been getting a lot of inflammatory acne on my chin and cheeks. 
I've been taking care of the flakiness and trying to soothe it, and I've been applying ointments, but the acne has gotten worse and it hurts. 
I was thinking of trying either the Aesop emergency calming treatment or the Nourish-Cane spot cream.
I tried the Nourish-Cane once at Olive Young and it seemed to help the acne, so I've been debating between the two.
But I still haven't decided and haven't bought anything yet.
In that situation, I first used this product.
I soaked a cotton pad with it and applied it directly to the acne on my cheeks and chin, and just went to sleep.
But the acne has gotten a lot better.
It was inflammatory, but not yet fully formed, and it was painful from the inside. 
I thought the acne would last a long time, but it's calmed down now and I'm writing this in the morning.
People have been saying that citric acid is bad for acne, so I looked into it and found that it's actually good for managing flakiness, and I just had a good feeling about it.
Plus, the scent is quite nice, and even though I usually avoid fragranced products, the subtle scent doesn't bother me.

And when I woke up this morning, around 5 AM, the acne had really improved.
