I tried the Solas color! I don't wear makeup often and usually go out without makeup, but I wanted to add a little color to my lips, so I tried the color lip balm. First of all, I liked the neat and pretty packaging, and the Solas color is a lovely coral shade. Moreover, tints and lipsticks can be a bit burdensome, but this one has just the right amount of pigmentation - not too weak, not too strong. It's also moderately moisturizing and has a nice, firm texture, so I think it's an overall great product.
Cons
While it may be called a lip balm, the pigmentation is a bit stronger, so it may feel too intense for those expecting a completely transparent and sheer application. Personally, I found that a single swipe gives just the right amount of healthy flush, and applying it a few times results in a suitable level of pigmentation even on a made-up face, making it very usable.
